Meet the Staged 4 You Team

Kim Dunn, Founder/Owner
Kim started her career in the home furnishings industry. After receiving her B.S. degree in Interior Design, she spent a combined thirteen years with recognized industry and fashion leaders Drexel Heritage and Stanley Furniture. Kim’s experience with Drexel and Stanley ranged from Showroom Designer for the International Home Furnishings Market in High Point, NC to top-producing Territory Sales Manager in key regions including North Carolina, New Orleans, Miami, and West Palm Beach. Upon relocating to the upstate of South Carolina, Kim was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and launched Staged 4 You to tap into the burgeoning home staging business. The staging business is a perfect fit for Kim’s educational background and work experience. In addition, she successfully completed her Master Home Stager designation in 2006. Kim’s customer focused approach combined with proven staging techniques and cost efficient practices has made Staged 4 You the preeminent home staging company in the upstate. Kim is dedicated to providing the highest level of personalized service to each and every client. Kim resides in Greenville with her husband, Scott, and 2 daughters.

Tracy Willis, Staging Associate
Tracy comes to Staged 4 You with a background in education, design, and administration. With a passion for teaching and creating learning environments, Staged 4 You was a perfect fit. Her ability to educate and assist clients through the staging process with a naturally approachable style were what drew her to the role of being a staging associate. Tracy earned her staging certification in 2015. She provides a vision for clients whether they are staging to sell or settling in their new home. A South Carolina native and graduate of Furman University, Tracy resides in Fountain Inn with her husband, Mark, and their three children.

Becky Dominey, Staging Associate
Becky started re-arranging furniture at a young age in her parent’s home in Spartanburg, with her mom’s permission of course. By middle school, she was helping her home builder dad pick out finishes for his custom homes. This love of all things design has led to careers in home decorating, event planning, interior design and real estate. After graduating from Clemson and then attending Watkins College of Art and Design, Becky earned her staging accreditation in 2004 and started a successful home staging company in Nashville, TN. After moving back to the upstate, she is thrilled to be a part of the Staged 4 You team specializing in consultations and vacant staging. Becky lives in Travelers Rest with her husband, Brian, and is the proud mom of two sons.

Katie Chastain, Communications Coordinator
After graduating from Ole Miss with a degree in Hospitality Management, Katie was hired by Aramark as the Catering Director at Furman University. Since living in the Upstate for over 20 years, Katie has also worked for 10Best.com, Family Connection, and Browning Geriatric Consulting before settling down as a full time stay at home mom.
Katie puts her event planning skills to use by serving on several committees, including The Antonakos Foundation, Ross Turner for Senate, and multiple volunteer jobs at her children’s schools. She also enjoys cooking, flower arranging, playing golf and is very organized making her a huge asset to our team.
She resides in Greenville with her husband, John, and their two children.

Aaron Stephens, Moving Coordinator
Aaron has over 15 years experience in the furniture industry. By day, he works a full-time job, but 2-3 times a week at night Aaron and his team work exclusively for Staged 4 You doing all the heavy lifting and helping to bring humor to our work. There has never been an incident of damage to any client’s home or property when they are on the job making them indispensable and trustworthy to our team.
